Health Guarantee and Purchase Agreement

Quality Yorkies aren’t cheap.  We understand  purchasing one of our puppies is a big investment and involves a certain degree of risk.  We can put your mind at ease with our health guarantee.

 

We guarantee that at the time of delivery, the puppy is in good health. All puppies have had a health exam by our preferred veterinarian, have been dewormed, and have received age-appropriate vaccinations. We provide a record of all vaccinations and deworming to you. After the sale, if your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening hereditary defect, it will be replaced with one of equal value as soon as one is available.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer four convenient ways for you to get your puppy:

  • Meet within five miles of Sachse, TX  – Free
  • Meet within a one hour drive of Sachse, TX – 70 cents per mile round trip
  • Shipping via plane with lap nanny service – buyer pays for service
  • Meet outside of a one hour drive from Sachse, TX – negotiated fee

Puppy Package

Our puppies have had their first vet check, first shots and have been wormed before we send them to their new home.  They will also go home with everything below:
